Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Kuwait gets a further facelift
Built in 1986 by the famous Finnish architect Reima Pietila, the building has changed its appearance twice. In the late 90s and now in 2016.
There was a vestige of the angular openings of Pietilä's original in the earlier facelift. They have been removed in the latest version.
